Usability Testing on Onestart's Customization Feature

Goal: To evaluate the usability of Onestart's Customization Feature.
We designed and conducted usability tests with three participants on Indiana University Onestart's (Student Portal) Customization Feature. We identified three major usability problems: Layout, Feedback, and Terminology, and proposed design suggestions to the design team.
